Kinda

Founder & Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator

Supporting others has always been a deeply personal part of my life. Long before working in the NDIS sector, I was helping care for a close family member with multiple disabilities. That experience shaped the way I see support, dignity, and independence, and it continues to guide the work I do today. Since 2018, I have been working within the NDIS community, driven by a genuine passion to help people feel supported, understood, and empowered to live life on their own terms.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and Aramaic, I work closely with participants and their families to navigate the NDIS with clarity, honesty, and care. I approach my work with strong focus, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility, always striving to achieve the best outcomes for the people I support. My goal is to provide guidance that is dependable, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual, helping people build confidence, practise self-advocacy, and gain greater independence while feeling genuinely supported every step of the way.

Jess Nour

Head of People, Safety & Culture

My professional background spans disability services, healthcare, administration, operations, and the automotive industry, where I have developed strong leadership, organisational, and people-focused skills. I studied Environmental Science at RMIT University with a major in Chemistry, alongside focus areas in Geoscience and Geospatial Science, and later continued my education in Work Health and Safety at Swinburne University. I also hold a qualification in Individual Support, further strengthening my practical understanding of care and participant needs. I strongly believe in continuous learning and am always looking for ways to deepen my knowledge so I can provide safer, more informed support to the people and communities I work with. Since 2020, I have been actively involved in the NDIS sector, working closely with participants, families, and support teams, and gaining a strong understanding of person-centred care, collaboration, and the importance of safe and supportive environments.

Alongside my professional experience, my connection to disability support is also deeply personal. Growing up alongside a close family member with multiple disabilities has given me a lifelong understanding of the challenges individuals and families can face, and the importance of dignity, patience, and independence. I have also spent over a decade volunteering across Victoria, including with Parks Victoria and Friends of Yarra Valley Parks, strengthening my connection to community and service. In my role as Head of People, Culture and Safety at Roulaana, I am committed to fostering a respectful, supportive culture and ensuring that both participants and staff feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Kim

Level 2 Support Coordinator

With nearly two decades of experience in finance and administration, including many years in team leadership, I bring a strong foundation of organisation, reliability, and problem-solving to my work. In 2020, I transitioned into the disability sector as a support coordinator, where I now have the privilege of working closely with individuals to help them access the care and services they need. Having supported family members and close friends with disabilities throughout my life, I understand the importance of listening with empathy and creating support plans that reflect each person’s unique goals. I’m passionate about building trust, working collaboratively, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I support.
