Support Coordination
(Level 1, 2, 3)
Helping you understand, navigate, and use your NDIS plan with confidence. We connect you with the right providers, build your capacity to manage supports, and ensure your goals stay at the centre.
We also offer Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) for complex needs, providing expert guidance through challenging situations, multiple services, or significant life changes.

24/7 Care & High Needs
We provide reliable, respectful care for participants with complex or high support needs, whether you require around-the-clock assistance or support at certain times of the day. Support is tailored through specialised plans that prioritise safety, comfort and dignity. Our experienced team is trained in using mobility aids such as hoists and the Sara Stedy, and provides personal care with consistency and compassion.

Allied Health
Our Allied Health team provides compassionate, participant-focused care that supports independence, wellbeing, and everyday living. We deliver multidisciplinary services tailored to each participant’s goals and NDIS plan. Our team supports physical health, mobility, mental wellbeing, and daily functioning. Services are available in the home, community, or clinical settings.

Once everything is discussed and you're happy to proceed, we’ll complete the sign-up process and begin putting your personalised support plan into action.

Yes, we are a fully registered NDIS provider. We proudly provide support services across the entire state of Victoria. We are open to servicing outside of Victoria, just shoot us a message and we will work together to figure it out.

We provide a wide range of NDIS services tailored to the unique needs of each participant. This includes Support Coordination across Levels 1, 2, and 3 to help you understand and implement your plan effectively. We offer 24/7 support for those who require it, high care needs, and so on. We have a Allied Health team for various needs, , and our support worker team can assist with personal and daily living tasks, general household duties, and provide access to community activities and transport to help you stay connected and independent. Our services are available to all NDIS participants with an approved plan. We support people of all ages and abilities, including those who are NDIA- managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.
If you don't have an NDIS plan yet, we can support you in the right direction by guiding you through the application process and helping you understand your eligibility. -

Yes, all our support workers are fully trained, qualified, and have undergone the necessary background checks, including NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid certifications. We prioritise safety, respect, and cultural awareness.
