More Than a Caseload

Participants, matched to you.

Support Coordination is about people. Getting to know someone, understanding what they need, and helping make it happen.

At Roulaana you'll have your own participants and the freedom to run your own week. You'll also have a team around you for the days that get hard.

We don't hand participants out by the dozen. We match them to the coordinator whose skills, background and way of working actually suit them, because the right match is what makes the work possible for both of you.

DAY TO DAY

What the work actually
looks like

  • Getting to know your participants properly, in their home and in the community, not just over the phone.

  • Turning an NDIS plan into things that actually happen: services booked, providers found, referrals made, gaps chased.

  • Building capacity, so that over time your participants can do more of this themselves.

  • Writing progress and end-of-plan reports the NDIA will accept, tied to each participant's goals, and getting them in before the plan date.

  • Keeping records current as you go: a case note the same day, incidents documented properly, and hours tracked against participant's budget.

Application Guideline

Applying takes two simple steps.

Step 1: Download our Support Coordinator Questionnaire, complete it, and upload it in the form.

Download the Support Coordinator QuestionnaireClick here

Completing the questionnaire:

  • Open it on a computer.

  • Type your answers, tick the boxes, and sign at the end.

  • When finished, go to File → Print and choose "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer. Save it with your name in the filename, e.g. RDS-HR-SCQ-V1 - Jane Smith.

  • Upload that saved copy in the form below. The print step locks in your answers so nothing is lost or can be edited when you send it.

Step 2: Fill in the rest of the form. Send away.

What happens after you apply

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we're no longer able to respond to every submission individually. If you haven't heard from us within 14 business days, your application has not progressed on this occasion. Unless you ask us not to, we keep applications on file and may contact you when a role matching your skills and availability opens up.

We appreciate the time you put into applying, and we do read every application.

A note on your answers

Please complete the questionnaire and application in your own words. We do not accept applications where answers have been written by AI tools or copied from other sources, and applications identified as such will be declined.

To be clear, this is not about your level of English. We welcome applicants of all language backgrounds, and simple or imperfect English is completely fine. Plain, honest answers written by you will always be received better than polished answers written by something else.

We ask this because your answers tell us what you actually know and how you actually work. Under the NDIS, participant safety depends on workers genuinely holding the skills and judgement they claim. Answers that don't reflect your own knowledge and experience are treated as misleading information under the declaration below.
