Your Participants,
Not Your Queue.

Help Shape Better Outcomes
for Participants

Our clinicians are given the choice to make their own clinical decisions and the time to make them well. We back our allied health team, we keep their caseloads workable, and we judge our success by the progress our participants make. If that is how you want to work, we would like to hear from you.

SIX REASONS CLINICIANS STAY

Build your own week

You choose how many days, which days, and what hours. Two days, three or four, school hours only, mornings. We agree it before you start and change it when you need to.

Your time goes to clinical work

Bookings and service agreements are handled by our admin team, so you are not using up your time on chasing signatures or acting as your own receptionist.

You see the outcome

Participants stay with us long term, reviewed weekly through to quarterly. Working with the same people for months means you find out whether what you recommended worked.

No guessing what you will earn

Our rates are published on this page, for every role. You know what the job pays before you apply, and you are never asked to name a number first at interview.

Clock off means clock off

Notes, plans and reports are written in hours you are paid for. Documentation sits inside your week, so three days booked is three days of work, not your evenings.

Everything you need, provided

Phone, laptop and a company vehicle. Your own car stays in your driveway, your own number stays private, and you are not reconciling km on a spreadsheet.
